This client called asking about the best method for removing green algae and mildew on her homes brick, vinyl siding, and sidewalks. We explained our soft washing process and how it is the safe alternative to using high pressure that can damage your home. We applied our soft wash solution using low pressure pumps on the house and detached garage. We let the solution dwell to kill all the organic growth and rinsed away all the algae, dirt, and cobwebs with low pressure water. We also rinsed all the surrounding vegetation prior to the application and rinsed afterward to ensure that none of the flowers and plants were harmed during the process. On the concrete sidewalk we pretreated them with our soft wash solution. Once the solution had time to dwell, we pressure washed them. The house, detached garage and sidewalks looked great after the process, and the customer was completely satisfied with the results.
